Situé en bordure d'un bel étang formé par l'élargissement du Gouet, Quintin a obtenu le label de qualité Petite Cité de Caractère pour avoir su préserver son héritage architectural : ruines de fortifications du XVème siècle et porte, belles demeures à encorbellement, maisons canoniales, château inachevé, etc. Pardon annuel de Notre Dame de la Délivrance. Situated along the edge of a nice pond which was formed as the Gouet widened, Quintin obtained the guarantee of quality. Small characterful town for succeeding in protecting its architectural heritage: ruins of fortifications dating from the XV century and door, nice corbelled dwelling places, canon houses, an uncompleted castle, etc. Annual pardon of Notre Dame de la Délivrance.
